POWER OF ATTORNEY

This exclusive mandate serves as representation of the Client to all third parties to assert their rights under air passenger regulations.

1. Exclusive Mandate to GIDDEM S.A.R.L-S

I expressly mandate and grant exclusive power to GIDDEM S.A R.L.-S (trading as FlyCompense), 155 Route de Longwy, L-4831 Rodange (RCS B303002), represented by Wandji Tanonkou Joel, to:

Represent me and claim financial compensation (including refunds) from the airline.
Obtain all required information from third parties and administrative bodies.
Recover and cash payments on my behalf (transferred to me after deduction of FlyCompense commissions).
Handle my personal data necessary for verifying and processing the claim (GDPR Art. 15).

2. Legal Representation (If Required)

If no amicable settlement is reached, I mandate Maître MICHEL NTSAMA (11 bd de Sébastopol, 75001 Paris) or any designated law firm to:

Assist and represent me in all amicable and judicial proceedings.
Cash settlements received on the CARPA account (Lawyers' Fund).
Take all necessary legal measures to obtain compensation.
